Refund Policy

We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings. This policy outlines our refund procedures for any paid services we may offer in the future.

1) Free educational content

Our core educational content, newsletter, and resources are provided free of charge with no obligation.

2) Premium resources (if offered)

Before access: If you cancel before accessing premium content, we provide a full refund.
After access: Once premium content has been accessed, fees are non-refundable for the current billing term.
Annual subscriptions: You may request a pro-rated refund only if no premium content has been accessed in the current term.

3) Custom educational services (if offered)

Any customized educational services may require payment upfront and are non-refundable once work begins.

4) How to request a refund

Email support@valuevisionclub.com from your registered email with:

Subject: "Refund Request"
Order ID or payment reference (if applicable)
Payment date
Reason for refund request
Any supporting documentation

We aim to respond within 2 business days with our decision and next steps.

5) Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6) Exceptions

The following charges are not eligible for refunds:

Charges resulting from client-side payment failures
Duplicate card charges (we'll investigate and resolve)
Charges resulting from breach of Terms of Service
Educational content already accessed or consumed

7) Dispute resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

Request a review by our senior management
Escalate to our feedback officer at feedback@valuevisionclub.com
Contact relevant consumer forums if applicable

8) Legal

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer laws. For any dispute, jurisdiction: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

            All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
We reserve the right to modify this policy with 30 days' notice
